— Great bottle! Smooth and very flavorful. Second only to Blanton's.

— Great flavor and very smooth.

— Just an excellent bourbon whiskey, wonderful nose and a taste that tends to linger. That’s why I’m on my second bottle and probably a third before winter gets here. And of course can’t beat the pricing. Enjoy!!

Kyle
Kyle,
Good, but could use some more age in the barrel. Wouldn't drink neat, ok on the rocks, great in a cocktail.

Zach
Zach,
Very smooth, lovely to drink.

Nick
Nick,
Great bottle! Smooth and very flavorful. Second only to Blanton's.

Thomas
Thomas,
Overly hot for the proof. Probably better with ice. A nod for being local.

Tim
Tim,
Love it! Seems like a much higher proof than 90. Honey, Cherry. Definitely a port cask. Ah! Fabulous!

Phil
Phil,
Great flavor and very smooth.

Bryan
Bryan,
This is a nice small batch Bourbon. Hints of vanilla, slightly astringent. Works great with a mixer. I prefer the Woodinville Rye, but this is a nice Bourbon.

Tyler
Tyler,
Enjoy this bottle a lot. Really pick up on the weathered oak flavor. Smooth sipper.

Joe
Joe,
Good local bourbon for PNW drinkers. Good color, a little strong and sharp for drinking straight but mixes well with other ingredients.

Matthew
Matthew,
Was told about this by a buddy. Got it the next day. It's very smooth and great in an old fashioned.

MIKE
MIKE,
Very, very smooth with a very light, but highly pleasant taste. My wife, who's not a bourbon fan - loved it, but it wasn't bold enough for me to make top shelf.

Aaron
Aaron,
Love this. It is gentle and flavorful. It reminds me of a nice cross between Four Roses Small Batch and Elijah Craig, the best of what I love about both of those. Would love to have this in a 50% offering. Will buy again.

Mike
Mike,
I enjoyed this one. Pleasant earthy notes and a bit of woodsy sweet cheery finish.

Craig
Craig,
Very Smooth and Mellow

edward,
Easy drinking bourbon. Good, but not great

James
James,
The nose has cherry and malted barley. It's not super complex but it's pleasant. The palate is sweet cherry, a grassy note, and a bit of oak. It would be interesting to taste this at cask strength.

Jeffrey
Jeffrey,
This Bourbon had great flavor overall. Rich cherry, oak and good vanilla/caramel notes. Rated 7 instead of 8 due to a little more alcohol heat up front than I prefer for drinking straight. Wonderful for a Manhattan, though! p.s. Try the Port Cask finished version of this Bourbon for a real treat!

Dan

This is a great bottle. I honestly bought it because I liked the bottle and label design and was happy to find a smooth bourbon.

One of my favorites

Kirk
Kirk,
Didn’t find anything exemplary about this one, but kept finding myself pouring another glass. Smooth and good example of bourbon.

Brian
Brian,
I’m afraid I cannot say much about this one. The heat from the outset, from a lower proof too, distracts entirely from the experience and/or flavor profile. I’ll put it on the rocks with the next pour, to see if it helps, but I don’t typically with lower proofs. I’m sorry to rate so low and I do like seeing that others enjoy it.

Robert
Robert,
One of our favorite whiskeys.

Tom
Tom,
I really like this one. Great flavors, easy to drink.

Stephen
Stephen,
I had a bourbon tasting party and this was a hit. Easy drinking yet pleasing to the pallet. Was a favorite of the night.

David
David,
I honestly picked this because I liked the bottle. Doesn't taste like a typical bourbon because it isn't, it's from Washington. Just like High West has unique offerings to those from Kentucky, same goes here. I won't go into the flavor itself, but instead recommend this purely on its distinctiveness. Drank neat, enjoyed every glass

Jeff
Jeff,
Good stuff and local ;-)

Travis
Travis,
a full on cheery bomb. smooth sweet cheery opener and a light Carmel sugar finish. not overly complex but that does not mean it's not worth a try. supper easy to drink neat and a great easy Sunday afternoon drive whiskey. with a bit more age and some added proof this could become more complex whiskey.

David
David,
Best bourbon I've had. Tasted it first at the distillery. Very smooth

Stephen
Stephen,
nose was sweet with hints of red fruit/berry with a mellow taste that wasn't offensive. came in 3rd on my blind taste (heavens door, woodenville, blade and bow, michter's)

Jeremy
Jeremy,
Very smooth flavor, the pot distilling adds something simpler to the taste. Like the Colorado bourbons, it just tastes like it needs a few more years in the barrel.

Stephan
Stephan,
Heavy ethanol nose for me that burns- I can't take a deep sniff in the glass like I typically enjoy immediately after pouring, but the last few drops smell sweet with vanilla. Really creamy mouth feel that has a bit of spice at the end. Lingers a satisfyingly long time with oak and caramel, maybe a hint of that vanilla.

Andy
Andy,
On the nose I got root beer with a little oak. The taste is sweet cinnamon and vanilla with a slight spice short finish.

Miles
Miles,
One of my favorites, great balance of flavor and kick for drinking neat

Anthony
Anthony,
Love it good oak taste

Alexander
Alexander,
It had a distinct ethanol smell, but a smooth taste that finished fairly sweet.

Doug
Doug,
Incredible. Sweet notes of caramel and vanilla give way to a smooth satisfying finish. One of my favorites right now.

Eric
Eric,
I love this bourbon. Its got good complexity and the right amount of spice. I often find more main stream bourbons to be 2 dimensional and a little lack luster but with this I am continually finding new flavors each session. I always drink my bourbons neat so can't attest to flavor with a cubed added but if thats your thing I'm sure it would be good. If you like bourbons that stand out in a crowd get this one, you will not regret it, that I guarantee.

Forrest
Forrest,
Sweet, smooth, and just the right kick. Always keep a bottle on hand.

Thomas
Thomas,
Excellent bourbon. I am normally skeptical of bourbon outside of kentucky, but this hit all marks for me. Sweet on the nose, smooth on the palate and finish. Love it. On top of that, it is priced correctly. One of my favorite pours for the dollar.

Michael
Michael,
This bourbon had a smooth start and a strong finish.

Justin
Justin,
Cherry nose, wheated palate, spicy with a smooth, warm, meandering finish :)

Daniel
Daniel,
Not much on the nose aside from sweet caramel and maybe some clove. Wood, char, sugar, and spice on the palate. Medium herbal, sweet, and then tangy finish. Good for the price range. I’d buy it again.

Kevin
Kevin,
Maybe it’s not a 6. Maybe it’s supposed to be a 7 or 8. But on first nose and taste it’s a 6. No one gets a 10. Period. No one is that good. 8-9 means I’ll buy it again. 7 means I’ll make the most of it and maybe mix it in a cocktail. 6, though. 6. (Takes another sip.) Okay. It’s a 7.

David
David,
Amazingly good, especially for the price. A nice, smooth bourbon that is sweet on the front end and a complex finish with just enough spice on the back end.

David
David,
I was completely surprised by this bourbon..smooth and perfect with ice. I have ordered more!

Todd
Todd,
Comes in a little harsh, but let it breathe with some ice and it smoothes out. I plan to add this to my shelves.

Natasha
Natasha,
This is one of my favorites. I’ve been to their distillery... very nice. I actively seek this bottle out. Very easy to drink, very smooth and has all my favorite flavor profiles.

David
David,
Cannot go wrong.

KEVIN
KEVIN,
One of my top 5 favorites. Very...very smooth, easy drinker. Deceptive as the bottle will be gone sooner then anticipated. Order 2.

Richard
Richard,
Very much a sipping bourbon with some water or a nice cube of ice, as one other reviewer said it drinks hot at 90 proof. The amount of caramel and maple is intense in a 5 year aged bourbon. you get notes of leather, tobacco, pepper and then the richness of plum and cherry in it as well. My all time favorite bourbon.

Ray
Ray,
Vanilla and creme brûlée. Smooth the entire taste.

Nicholas
Nicholas,
I’m not a huge bourbon drinker, scotches tend to be my favorite but this bourbon was exquisite and completely not what I expected. My friend and I paired it with some Medium cigars and it was spectacular. A little bit of oaky tone and a really smooth single malt kind of flavor for a high proof bourbon. Highly recommend

James
James,
No Wellers 107. Really much better with a big cube of ice.

Matthew
Matthew,
This is not for this one, but instead for the port finished bottle they have. It's only available in the tasting room in Woodinville Washington, but it is my all time favorite.

Eric
Eric,
Ended up mixing this with a bottle of Michters. That made it considerably more enjoyable.

Craig
Craig,
Really nice small-batch offering: I pick up plenty of vanilla, caramel, and some fruit I can't quite identify -- but something soft, maybe banana. For all the big deal they make of their barreling, it's not the least bit woody. Which I imagine is the idea. It's a sweet bourbon, I'm guessing favoring corn on the mashbill. It drinks hot, as a 90-proof often will. I added a few drops of water and it opened up and calmed down mostly. Later I did it with a single fat cube and it was quite smooth and happily sippable. These folks do good work.
