Founders Willie and Robin Blazer established Willie’s distillery in 2010 with one core objective: to bottle up Spirits which would capture the bona fide soul of the American West. They certainly managed to do so, as their Liquor uses all the local ingredients and fresh spring water from Madison River. Most of their booze comes from the barrel aging process, where only the best wood is used, with sizes varying from 10 gallon to 59 gallon. The process of blending and combining barrels is something the team at Willie’s takes extra seriously, resulting in consistency and quality of Spirit flavors.

Willie’s Huckleberry Sweet Cream Liqueur stands out from the crowd with its seeming innocence and multi-layered flavors. It is milder yet sweeter than other Spirits produced at Willie’s distillery. Despite the relatively low alcohol content (17.5%), this Liquor shows plenty of personality, style and taste with a sweet cream aroma and a subtle huckleberry taste. Made from wild-grown huckleberries, this Spirit is enjoyed by people and grizzly bears alike.
