— Great mixer. We enjoyed it very during the summer vacation with some quality tonic water and some basil. Perfection.

Stefan
Stefan,
I love gin. But I was not very pleased by this brand. To spicy in my opinion.

Jason
Jason,
The nutmeg gives a floral note from first sniff until the end of the glass, but the taste is balanced by ever-present citrus and juniper. A very short finish. Really nice as a Churchill martini.

John
John,
This was a great Gin, aroma, taste and finish.

Matthew
Matthew,
Color is absent, fully clear. Nose of juniper and subtle cinnamon, faint citrus notes. Sipping straight reveals a pleasant sweetness, with the nutmeg and cinnamon showing well following an initial very mild juniper. Every few sips a nice note of lemon flashes through. Very clean dry finish. Biggest flaw: doesn't stand up well at all to tonic. 1.5 oz sample disappeared in 4.5 oz of basic mild tonic water. Rather disappointing considering the nice spice-centric flavor profile and claims to be bursting with flavor.

Gustavo

Very nice gin. Good blend of flavors. Makes an awesome Martini.

Jim
Jim,
A very nice, smooth gin, with almost a licorice characteristic.

Robert,
Interesting herbals. I tried it straight, but I think this would make an awesome martini.

Scotty
Scotty,
It’s very good, is much better mixed.

Scott
Scott,
Made a gin and tonic after a sip straight. Drinkable straight, very nice balance of flavors with a juniper taste but not overwhelming. Mixed with Fever Tree tonic water and a splash of lime made one of the best gin and tonics we’ve had.

Very happy with this selection. Made a quick Gin and Tonic with my taster and I think I have a new standard.

Shant
Shant,
Very good gin--strong juniper notes with nice citrus balance. Didn't get the blood notes, but the apple comes through on the back of the tongue--reminds me of an apple candy.

Lee

Actually loved it. A great, juniper forward gin with some citrus overtones

Hansen,
great aroma, very inviting, great tasting, balanced between light and not too heavy tasting, settling sweet, but barely there, easy on the throat, dfntly 1 of my fave

Brady,
How can a gin be sooo smoooth!? The flavor profile stated is spot on. Green apple smelling, citrusy, fruity, wait... bloody?! They're not wrong! What a superior gin. No vermouth needed. A+

Crisp, spice, juniper & citrus lead one to a refreshing finish.
