― Hands-down my favorite bourbon to sip. I take caution, however, with how frequently I do enjoy this bottle, as it is difficult to replace. Very sweet, maple body and warm finish. Just amazing!
― The maple is subtle and it is much smoother than the standard 10 year (which is one of my favorite bourbons). It is definitely a special occasion supper since it is so difficult to find.
