Smaller than small batch Brooklyn hooch.

Widow Jane is a Spirit-lovin’ booze-makin’ Brooklynite. The distillery carries the name of a nearby Rosendale mine that’s the source of crystal-clean agua that comprises the DNA of every Jane’s Spirit – and back in the day, the limestone that came out of that place built the Empire State Building and the Brooklyn Bridge. And the water isn’t the only thing sourced locally – all the grains come from the nearby farms. Eco-friendly booze, baby!

This very bottle contains decade old Bourbon and it’s a perfect American hooch that comes in very small batches, making each batch unique in character. Aged for 10 years and bottled at 45.5% ABV, it’s a bold and uncompromising Straight Bourbon with deep cherry notes and a light tannic finish. A darn good specimen in New York style. It's smaller than small-batch and was awarded Gold at the 2018 Whiskies of the World Awards.

Intense, robust and true New York attitude.

Back in the day, the limestone that came out of that place built the Empire State Building and the Brooklyn Bridge.
At any given time, there are more barrels of Bourbon in Kentucky than there are people. The population of the Bluegrass State is about 4.4 million. Today there are more than 5 million barrels of Bourbon sitting in the rick-houses of that Old Kentucky Home. That’s nearly 300 bottles of Bourbon per person, or about 60 gallons each.
Bourbon must be made from a grain mixture that is at least 51% corn.

Yellowstone Bourbon has had several owners throughout its history, including J.B. Dant, D.H. Taylor, The Glenmore Distillery, United Distillers & Vintners, the David Sherman Company, Heaven Hill, and David Sherman (now known as Luxco).

J.B.'s father, Joseph W. Dant, invented a still made from a poplar log at 16, as he couldn't afford a copper still. Although crude, it worked exceptionally well!

Limestone Branch Distillery, which produces Yellowstone Bourbon, also makes Minor Case Bourbon and Bowling & Burch Gin.
