Artisanal Vodka delight from Eire

In the rugged and picturesque peninsulas of West Cork in southern Ireland, a terrific trio of best friends set up an artisanal distillery in 2003 and gave it a no-B.S. name: West Cork Distillers. Two of them used to be deep sea fishermen, and one used to work for a beverage firm as a scientists. So, these guys know a thing about hard work and profound knowledge. Their love for Irish heritage, tradition – and, of course, booze, was is the cornerstone for their venture.

West Cork Distillery is the southernmost Spirit maker of the Atlantic archipelago, which gives it a cool advantage: the one-of-a-kind microclimate, perfect for maturation of Irish Whiskey.

Vodka from their Two Trees line is a triple-distilled, charcoal-filtered artisanal wonder produced entirely from wheat. It’s a small batch Spirit with 37.5% ABV that offers softness and warmth. Expect peppery spiciness and a harmony of sweetness and citrus following closely

About the Flavor Spiral
What does Two Trees Vodka taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Two Trees Vodka and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

The average life of a $50 bill in circulation is 55 months before it is replaced due to wear.
Seems that Vodka is a lightweight—quite literally. This clear Spirit actually weighs less than water. One liter of water weighs 1,000 grams, while the same amount of Vodka only clocks in at 953 grams.
Unlike its boozy brethren Bourbon and Scotch, Vodka can be made anywhere in the world. But it’s Eastern Europe that gets the credit for its birth. Just don’t ask Russia and Poland to get to the bottom of it—both argue that they masterminded the Spirit first.
It looks like potato chips and flavored Vodka are two things where the producers unleash their imagination. Bubble gum, fresh cut grass, pumpkin pie, marshmallow, and coconut water hardly begin to describe the many flavors of Vodka.
Vodka can be made anywhere in the world and pretty much of any ingredient that contains starch.

For a potato-based Vodka, 12kg (26.5lbs) potatoes are needed to produce a single bottle.
You won't impress the bartender by ordering Vodka-soda, but it's a good choice if you want to avoid unecessary sugar intake and make sure you stay hydrated when consuming alcohol.
