JERAMIAH
JERAMIAH,
I enjoyed the Wathen's single barrel, but it has one of the most distinctive front to back tastes of any bourbon I've had before it. Bottled at 94 proof, this batch has more of a burn than one expects. The front end of this bourbon is very sweet with hints of caramel, toffee, and floral notes while the back end has a long lasting finish that boasts hints of cinnamon, almond, and pine. When consumed with ice or a splash if water, this makes for a good sipper. I paid around $55 for this bottle. Not sure if it meets the price point, but it definitely has a unique profile that I would recommend

Anthony
Anthony,
A predominantly sweet bourbon with a little oak on the finish. Very smooth and easy drinking.

David
David,
My favorite go-to bourbon. Has a nice pepper taste to it, a slight sting. Great flavor.

Chris
Chris,
Like it. It’s a smoother version of Jim Beam.

Brian
Brian,
Not a bad bourbon. Strong, deep flavors, but it goes down a little rough.

guest,
Strong alcohol notes in the aroma. Give it 30 minutes and you have caramel, butterscotch and woody notes. Pallet is friendly once it opens up. Not bad for a $32 bottle.
