Top reviews for Virgil Kaine Ginger Infused Bourbon:

― This is the "go-to" in my decanter. Pairs perfectly with a Maduro. The ginger in the flavor is pitch-perfect, and is almost consistently better alone than as a mixer. Try on the rocks by itself first, then try mixing.

― Absolutely LOVE this bourbon. Can't get enough. The only problem is it goes down so smooth I wind up drinking more than planned... If you like sweet, you will LOVE this Bourbon.

― I have become a major fan. The local toddy shop recommended this because I typically use ginger beer and I was hooked. It will provide a spicy burn that may be daunting at first as you will discover it is infused with ginger vs. flavored. I drink this straight with a chilled glass or occasionally with ice and find it is better than my typical bourbon and ginger beer/ale/tonic. It is a great slow sipper, yet be prepared that you will go through the bottle faster than you think.
