Union Horse American WhiskeyUnion Horse American Whiskey

Founded in 2010
The story of Union Horse Distillery began with four siblings and a friend: Eric, Damian, Patrick, and Mary Garcia-Gallagher and entrepreneur Kris Hennessy. They founded their distillery in 2010 near Kansas City, renaming it Union Horse distillery.

This family-owned and operated business produces a quality range of award-winning American Whiskies and Vodka. Their unique Union Horse Whiskeys are crafted small-batch on-site in a 500-gallon column pot-still named “Chester Copperpot.”

Their popular Union Horse Whiskey is distilled from a sour-mash bill 80% corn and 20% rye, using active enzymes to smooth-out the fermentation process. The final dram is aged between two and five years in new oak.

What does Union Horse taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Union Horse american whiskey and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
