The zero CO2 emission Fairtransport Rum.

Here's the story. Every year a bunch of crazy Europeans sail the Tres Hombres Rum-runner to the Caribbean, where they load a new stock of tongue-picked premium Rum and take it on a 4 month voyage over the North Atlantic to bring it back to Europe — to the port of Amsterdam, where they are awaited by thirsty Rumminados.

This 2015 Edition Tres Hombres matures for 21 years in American oak barrels, using the Solera method (provided by Oliver & Oliver) letting the specific Caribbean climate contribute to its smoothness. Only 5966 bottles of this collector’s item were ever made and the supply is extremely limited, so don't think for too long.

In 1993, Pedro Ramón Oliver López, Jaunillo’s great-grandson, journeyed back to his roots where he discovered hundreds of documents including the original formulas used by his great-grandfather years ago.
After the revolutionary triumph in 1959, the Oliver clan left Cuba and scattered across the world.
Inspired, Pedro revived the brand, choosing the Dominican Republic as Oliver & Oliver’s new home.
