Fresh, doughy bread with lashings of real butter. Surprisingly light, but has creamy softness and firm oakiness. Clean, orange peel, toffee sauce.

Long and extremely smooth.

The Scotch Club 27.

The Tomintoul distillery was built back in 1964, and is located inside the piscturesque Glenlivet estate, within Speyside. The distillery is named after the nearby village of Tomintoul, the highest village in the Highland region of Scotland.

Tomintoul 27 Year Old is matured in casks made from American white oak for at least 27 years, and distilled in copper pot stills. The Tomintoul 27 Year Old is now a discontinued expression from Tomintoul’s range. It was recently replaced by the 33 year old. There's an extremely limited amount left.
