Appearance / Color
Bright lemony gold.
Smell / Nose / Aroma
Oily island character with hints of lime, grass, flowers, malt, gingerbread, stewed fruit syrup and finely polished oak.
Flavor / Taste / Palate
Spiced and lemony gingerbread with pear and aniseed sweetness, some smoke in the back.
Ginger, spicy oak, malty, matched with bitter chocolate and almond that gently fades with a tail of sweet salty seas.
Lemony notes might be too much for some but others will love it. A great summer time dram!
