Chris
Chris,
I’m disappointed after all I read. This was supposed to be the big brother and creme de la creme to the Watershed. The nose is beautiful. Once the bottle is open for a moth or two. I simply cannot get passed the gasoline taste to enjoy what else may be there.

Stephen
Stephen,
The oak and caramel were a little overwhelming for my taste.

Jason
Jason,
From the "A Tales of Three Whiskies" tasting box. This one came across all lively caramel and pineapple-y, silkily tropical to me (so I guess I pretty much agreed with the flavor spiral in this case). Smooth, rich and pretty darn yummy. Tasted in a Glencairn glass.

Jason
Jason,
An initial bite to this whiskey that overpowered the final sweet finish. At this price point I had to take away a star, this is an average Irish whiskey at best. Probably will be better if poured over ice.
