The Thames Distillery was established in 1996 by Charles Maxwell, an eighth generation Gin distiller. The company has devised hundreds of Gins, and currently, produces around 60 Gins for different brands – from international brands to small-scale operations for bars.
Maxwell has been credited with having a hand in the production of several well-established Gin brands – from Little Bird Gin, to Ford’s Gin, to 6 O’Clock Gin. Each recipe and production method is kept a secret between the Thames Distillery and its clients.
