— Damn this whisky is so good that I NEED to always have one at home. Some might agree and some may not but for me the after taste of said whisky is as if I just drank a steak off the barbecue. I would suggest to try this it's extremely good.

— WoW I tried this Whiskey at a Whisky fair that is held every January and November in Malta. last Saturday 26th Jan 2019. I went to the fair to search and taste this and HiBiki ( was not on show ) And WoW the taste the smoothness and the aftertaste of Barbeque are a divine party on the taste buds. I suggest to try it out ( on a side note It has a strong taste still )

— Tastes almost like pork BBQ. Brine + smoke + sweetness

guest,
Not for the faint of heart Talisker Dark Storm hits you with a smoky peatiness right away. You taste notes of caramel and pepper and the finish is quite warm and subtle compared to the initial punch. A very good smoky scotch worth adding to your collection next time you’re in a duty free shop that carries it.

Seducing your senses with a wonderful smokiness, with a surprisingly delightful level of peat and well balanced saltiness. Like smoke on the water, deep (but not purple).

Luis,
Absolutely marvelous. A explosion of flavor. Very intense.

Dumitru,
Tastes a lot like Lagavulin, it's very smoky and peaty. It's a bit too strong for me though.

Reasonably smoky, taste of leather, tobacco and wild berries. A good pick to reinforce your whisky bar on the smokey side, unless you can get your hands on the black bottle which is imo a better price/taste ratio

Magnus,
Absolutely a decent dram with a somewhat weak finish. It's really nice with spicy smoke on the nose. Sweet and spicy arrival with substantial salty peat smoke on the development. Hints of red apple and young barley spirit in the background as well. It finish like a blend though, the classical Talisker smokiness is there but otherwise rather thin and one dimentional.
