St. Patrick's distillery is located near
St. Patrick's Mills in Cork. Founded by
Tom Keightley in
2014, distillery started production with
Potato Vodka and Gin. In the summer of 2015, they began Whiskey production.
Their Oak Aged Irish Whiskey is hand crafted in small batches using traditional techniques, and matured for over 3 years in first-fill Bourbon barrels using 3YO grain, and blended with old malts that are up to 21 years old.
