Matthew
Matthew,
Appearance: Color is honey... Nose: floral and sweet, hint of vanilla like substance that isn't quite vanilla... Palate: Honey like sweetness with just enough floral tone to find the elderflower. Very sweet... Mouthfeel: Thick, syrupy... Finish: Lingering sweetness... Overall: Sweet and floral, does what it's supposed to. However, can be too sweet very easily if overused. Used correctly, is a great accent many different cocktails

a very interesting experience; because it is such a strong floral flavor, was a little difficult to find the perfect mixed drink

Eric,
A bit sweet for my taste. Definitely a cordial. Apparently, elderflower triggers an allergic reaction in me too. Who knew?

The ketchup of cocktails. This liqueur makes everything taste better.

Elisabet,
Since I’m not a big fan of sweet drinks liquor never gets high on my list of things to have in my home-bar collection, but this one had a pronounced flavor of elder berries that I enjoyed. Will be a great flavoring for a cold summer drink.

My first 10. St-Germain is amazing. Soft, floral. Perfect for softening a cocktail.

Dirk
Dirk,
A unique and precision floral liqueur, great with gin or on the rocks by itself. Not too sweet, and leaves with with a mouthful of notes with every sip. Must have for any bar.

Very light and fragrant. Goes very well with gin if you're out of tonic syrup.

Incredible spirit with a flavor that compliments gin very nicely. Also great on its own and not too sweet. Goes great with cucumber and basil.
