Matthew
Matthew,
Appearance: dark straw... Nose: Young rye, light juniper, lime juice, faint sweetness. Quite inviting, especially by Gin standards... Palate: Initial wave of black pepper and faint rye spice with background of faint juniper, then very mildly sweet with a hint of coriander. More herbs and pepper in the later midpalate... Mouthfeel: Slightly above average... Finish: Mild linger of the pepper and herbs with a faint sweetness... Overall: Very drinkable, nice spice like a Rye but with the juniper, coriander, and citrus of a Gin. Best of both worlds. Stands up to dilution with club soda in a highball. Only small complaint is that the subtlety is lost in some fancy Gin cocktails, but overall almost perfect.

Michael
Michael,
I was a bit hesitant to try a rye gin, worried that it would be too harsh and spicy for my taste, but this is smooth. A gin and tonic with this is like a sophisticated 7 and 7, and one of my favorites.

Frank,
My only 10 rating. Adventurous sipping combination of flavor. A big hit with multiple groups that are ordinarily compartmentalized.
