Top reviews for St. George Absinthe Verte:

― Best absinthe in my opinion. Floral forward with anise and light tannin on the finish. I find best if left to age up to 7 years. I forgot about a bottle only to find it had matured into something else. Less floral at the beginning with hints of almond and appercot then fennel and a softened anise. Very smooth while still preserving it's bite.

― About the best Absinthe I've ever had. Perfect with an ice cube.

― One of the best absinthes in the world.
