Springbank

Once known as “the Whisky capital of the world”, only 3 out of more than 30 distilleries remain in Campbeltown today. But they make up for it by producing 5 very distinctive and diverse Whiskies between them. Springbank is one of those.

Springbank 30YO Single Malt is a stunning expression of the Cambeltown style. Matured for 30 years in a combination of Bourbon and Sherry casks, it is a perfect encapsulation of Springbank’s character: sweet and syrupy with a nose of tropical fruit (pineapple), very faint smoke, peach and vanilla, and a waxy mouthfeel.

Bottled at Springbank’s classic 92 proof (46% ABV) with only 1,400 bottles released, this should be a pretty exciting find for fans of all things Springbank.
