SPEYBURN

Speyside once hung its hat on the longest fermentation time in the industry. Today it's been shortened to 1 week, or 70 hours, which is still pretty long. A significant amount of copper exposure in the stills lends a strongly fruited profile to the new make, accentuated further by exposure to American oak. Expect syrup, apple and wood in this popular Speyburn Whisky label.

What does Speyburn taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Speyburn scotch whisky and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
