Churn with Speyburn.

Speyburn Distillery is perhaps one of the most beautiful distilleries in Scotland. Opened in 1897 by John Hopkins, it is situated in a glen on the edge of the town of Rothes. It is currently owned by Inver House Distillers, and has been since 1992. Speyburn prides itself on its long history, and still uses much of the original equipment.

Speyburn 10 Year Old is an award winning single malt and a classic from the Speyburn Distillery. It is full bodied and packs a punch, ripe with citrus fruits and sumptuous malty flavours. The fantastic flavour comes from the crystal clear water sourced from Speyside. If you’re looking for a characteristic Speyside malt that is full of flavour, from tangy fruits to dull herbal notes, the Speyburn 10 should be you first choice.

Ratings & Reviews
Rex
Rex,
Tasty. Not harsh on the tongue. Better with a little water.

Albert
Albert,
Very smooth....

Ian
Ian,
Peaty and smokey, kinda harsh for being a 10 year. Seems to be a one-note whiskey without a lot of other flavors. Rather inexpensive though.

Eric
Eric,
Smooth and soft. Why the low ratings??

Nick
Nick,
I enjoy the caramel and smoky flavors. It is very balanced throughout.

Jim
Jim,
Rich, slightly smoky with a pronounced sweetness ...honey notes

Joshua
Joshua,
I find this scotch to taste as good or better than other brands that cost much more.

Smooth with a lovely warm after feeling

Thomas
Thomas,
This stuff is $25 at my local grocer. Can't beat the quality for the price. I like it better than $40+ Glenlivet or Glenfiddich.

Craig
Craig,
Little warm on the backside.

Will
Will,
For the price I was very impressed, sweet with a nice spicy burn. Not a bad balance, definitely worth trying.

Alex
Alex,
Not just your average economy single malt. Need something that can rival most 10 years for half the price, then this is your guy. It has everything you want in a highland scotch. Caramel and vanilla sweetness, smooth honey, and clean finish.

Virgil
Virgil,
Very impressive for the price. Floral with a twist
