Speyburn

Speyside once hung its hat on the longest fermentation time in the industry. Today it's been shortened to 1 week, or 70 hours, which is still pretty long. A significant amount of copper exposure in the stills lends a strongly fruited profile to the new make, accentuated further by exposure to American oak. Expect syrup, apple and wood in this popular Speyburn Whisky label.
