It is an outstanding, intense, Gin with an aromatic birth; while an elegant life; leads to a long & complex death.

Very floral and citrus, but well balanced. I'm a fan. I don't think this would pair well with food, though. It is very distinct, and I think could easily overwhelmed a dish.
