Smooth Ambler makes a lot of products. But their Old Scout line of Whiskeys is at the heart of their product range. They use a high Rye 36% mash, and age a full seven years.

They do not chill filter or carbon filter their spirit and they serve it at 45.5% ABV. The result is a smooth, full-flavored Bourbon that delivers big, bold flavors of spice and tobacco with subtle sweet notes of apple and cherry.
