Smirnov/Smirnoff family are true vodka-whisperers, mesmerizing the taste buds of their drinkers since 1864 when Pyotr Arsenievich Smirnov first founded a distillery in Moscow. Pioneering charcoal filtration, Smirnov soon captured two-thirds of the market and became the favorite of the Russian clergy. But when the Russian Tzar nationalized the Russian Vodka industry in 1904, Smirnov was forced to sell the distillery. Can’t be forced to sell talent though, and when the Smirnov family fled Russia for Europe in 1917, his son Vladimir established another distillery, this one named Smirnoff, that to this day still filters and distills the same Vodka Pyotr pioneered for, only now triple distilled and 10 times filtered for extra smoothness and crispiness.
When it comes to flavors, this Vodka has them all! Triple distilled and 10 times filtered like a true Smirnoff, this smooth smooth Spirit is then infused with aromas of blue raspberry and lemon before being bottled at an ABV of 30%. Not only does this refreshing Spirit taste like a perfect summer afternoon, but it also comes in a nice blue bottle with palm trees on its label, reminding you it’s summer and 5 o’clock somewhere on this Earth, and that should be celebrated. Enjoy this nostalgic crisp Vodka on the rocks or with some club soda for instant refreshment.

On September 16th, 1810, Father Hidalgo delivered his famous independence speech. This important date in Mexican history is honored with a ‘16’ on every label and on the bottom of every Casa Dragones Blanco bottle. Coincidentally, 16 is also the number in the address at La Casa Dragones.
What’s in a name? Rumor has it that Old Tom Gin got its name from the wooden plaques shaped like “Old Tom” black cats that adorned the outside wall of pubs in the 18th century.
