A sweet treat from the Whisky capital.

Nestled in the heart of the Scotch Whisky capital, Dufftown distillery has been creating sweet and fruity malt classics that have helped make Speyside one of the most famous Whisky-producing regions in the world. And as long as the river Spey keeps flowing, we’ll be here to reap the benefits. Dufftown distillery alone is currently producing a whopping 6 million liters of Whisky spirit every year and it shows no signs of slowing down. As the third biggest distillery owned by Diageo, Dufftown will be continuing their role as a trendsetter within the Scotch industry for many years to come.

Singleton of Dufftown Tailfire is one of two non-age statement expressions created back in 2014 and relies mainly on European Sherry casks for aging. It seems crazy to suggest that a matured Scotch Whisky would taste fresh but this fruity dram bounces off the palate and is really fun to drink. The goal with Tailfire was to focus in on some of the iconic European Oak flavors that can be found in the renowned age statement expressions of the distillery. In doing so they’ve left us with a dram that will transport you to a field of fresh red berries all ready for picking.
