Deep, golden color. On the nose is toffee, butterscotch, lemon peel, leather, and a bit of spice playing around the edge (cinnamon, maybe?). It has a medium-full mouthfeel, and a real buttery flavor. There is also strong vanilla flavour. Honestly, it kinda tastes like you took a buttered popcorn and a vanilla bean Jelly Belly and ate them at the same time - if you can imagine that flavour. Finish is medium-long. Very interesting rum.
