Top reviews for Säntis Malt Edition Himmelberg:

― Excellent!

― A single malt with a blended profile. A little sharp, some sweetness, a little vanilla. Not bad, not great either.

― we got the pear in the nose and taste, and the pecan in the finish. All very subtle. Our nephew liked this one a lot, my wife and I thought it lacked much character.

The pears take first position on the palate over a custard & cream texture and notes of cinnamon, ginger, apple, more berries, apricot, and rolled oats.

Finish
The finish is longish with a surprising chocolate and pecan aftertaste.
