Skip,
Entirely too sharp on the aftertaste - and too strong to use as a mixing whiskey for an Old Fashioned.

William,
This is a very good rye if you like a softer rye with a great port finish. I like it up. I tried an old fashion with it and it took to much away from the flavor. One rock and you're good to go.

Brendan
Brendan,
Very good rye. The port finish and rye spice play nicely off each other. Easy to sip even at the higher ABV.

Robert,
Strong Rye. Best suited for a cold day by a fire.

Paul
Paul,
It has a smooth velvet mouth feel and great spice. My first rye I’ve purchased and I loved it

Robert
Robert,
Dried fruit, wood, leather. Bitter note and a decent finish and thats about it. I can’t figure out how this won “rye” of the year in San Francisco. Its not terrible but not great. R. Becker
