Founded in 2003 in a humble apartment just off Melrose Avenue in Hollywood, Room101 Brand offers a unique lifestyle collection of goods. While the folks are inspired by traditional processes, their products deliver a modernized twist and exquisite flavors. Part of their philosophy is the idea that “one need not conform to indulge”. This is the kind of thinking we can definitely get behind and it doesn’t hurt their Spirits are top-notch.
Room101 Gin is an authentic American and veteran-owned Spirit. Distilled in a handmade Forsyth copper pot still at Sun Liquor Distillery in Seattle, Washington, Room101 Gin is crafted from Cedar River watershed (just you know, some of the best tasting water in the country), soft winter wheat from Washington State, local botanicals and fruits as well as spices from around the world.
Here is the full list of the botanicals: fresh California orange, lime and lemon peel, sage, coriander, star anise, lavender, lemongrass, cardamom, Oregon juniper, Jamaican pimenta (allspice) and Japanese cherry blossom – imported from Japan. The Gin rests for 90 days in stainless steel so all the botanicals get a chance to marry up. Oh, and every bottle is filled by hand. Great for Martinis, G&Ts, Negronis, or just for sipping neat.
This Gin was awarded with Gold Medal Gin and Gold Medal for Label Design at Proof Awards.

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Room101 Gin and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.
We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
