Rhine Hall BrandyRhine Hall Brandy

Founded in 2013
Rhine Hall was born out of a passion for European-style fruit Eau de Vie. Their distillery is situated on Fulton Street in the heart of Chicago’s industrial neighborhood.

Each of the ingredients used to produce their unique Spirits are locally sourced around the Great lakes area. Rhine Hall strives to stay green with their by-products, professionally composting pulp and peels.

Their core line up has evolved to include nineteen new and aged Brandies, Grappas, and Liqueurs.

A meticulous distillation process results in a pure Spirit that captures the natural essence of fruit that is lost with most Brandies and Liqueurs in the industry that take shortcuts.

Some of the most popular expressions of Rhine Hall include Rhine Hall Pear Brandy. This Brandy features complex notes of honeysuckle, black pepper, floral and pear.

Some other expressions include their apple Brandies, plum, cherry, peach, pineapple and banana Brandies, traditional Bierschnapps and coffee Liqueur.

Each bottle of Brandy contains roughly 25lbs of fruit. This delivers a Spirit that is not sweet, but embodies the essence of the fruit in both taste and aroma.

What does Rhine Hall taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Rhine Hall brandy and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
