Top reviews for Redbreast 27 Year Old:

— Finally opened this bottle and enjoyed it as part of a full flight of all things Redbreast...12, 12CS, Listau, 15, 21 and then 27. The 12 is what brought me back into the entire world of whiskey many years ago. It never leads you astray and all can enjoy. This 27 was one of the most complex whiskeys I've tasted. It's high alcohol content was barely noticeable, unlike the heat of the 12CS, which is the only one I put a 1/2 of an ice cube in. The 27 exhibited so many distinct flavors working in unison, like a symphony in your mouth. The finish was amazing and lasted until my next sip. For what it is worth, I believe the 15 is the best bang for the buck. The 21 starts out very nice but has a surprising finish that leaves you longing to drink something else. I am unlike to replace the bottle of 21 once finished. The listau is an easy enjoyable whiskey that seems to call to me every so often. All hail Redbreast! As the night continued, we compared to Middleton Very Rare 2017, Redspot and Pappy VW 15...but that's another story.

Bruce,
Had this in a bar in Bellevue, WA. It is simply amazing. A warm sweet flavor rich in fruity flavors and only a mild burn in the end.
