David,
Very smooth, can definitely taste the apricot and citrus coming through. Very easy to enjoy on the rocks
Gregory,
Good for mixing and shots not very full flavour profile
guest,
Very good my first Irish whiskey I tried beside the common whiskeys like Jameson. And I enjoyed is a lot.
Robert,
Smooth, yet enticing. Vanilla and a bit of spice on the pallet. Recommended at a high degree
Stuart,
Perfect every night whiskey. Pour. Wait 10 minutes. Enjoy.
Richard,
The Quiet Man regular is the whiskey that got my attention. My local spirits merchant was out of it but had the 8 year, so I purchased it instead. And as good as the regular is, the 8 year left it in the dust. Since I am new to whiskeys in general, and Irish whiskeys in particular, I cannot yet begin to claim the ability to pick out flavors. But I know what I like. And I really like this one.
Dustin,
I didn't much care of this one. It almost seemed more like a scotch with the smokiness. Seemed overly harsh for me.
Dennis,
Very good, If you like Irish Whiskey you'll love this, If it was easier to find it would be in my bar all the time
Luke,

Discovered this gem while visiting Chicago.
Leslie,
Very pleasant initial citrus notes and a finish that’s oaky and spicy. Would have in home bar.

Kyle,
Mild, smooth, and light.
Bart,
smooth, great sipping, great smokey smell, with just enough vanilla tongue to enjoy!
jeff,
Quite a nice, if "young", Irish single malt. More enjoyable if sipped while watching the movie of the same name ;-)
Brian,
Pleasant aftertaste. Good balance of sweetness.
Brian,
Smooth. Goes down easy without ice.
Caleb,
The smell kind of put me off but mix it with some coke or Pepsi and it makes a nice drink.

Charles,
Not bad
Justin,
One of my favorite traditional Irish whiskeys. Smooth through and through and not too sweet or rich. The 8 year is significantly better than the standard blend and worth the jump in price.
Aaron,
Super smooth and light
Jim,
To me did not find anything special about it. Just another decent Irish whiskey
Brandon,
Fine but unremarkable

John,
This a very pleasant, smooth Irish. I will continue to reorder and keep it on hand.
Josh,
Not the greatest...yet! Try it now and see how it matures in the coming years.
Don,
I liked the drink but not as much as I had thought I would. I had read so much about the Quiet Man but it did not live up to all the "write-ups" that I had read prior to the purchase. I may purchase it again, but then again, I may try something else before I purchase this again.
Wayne,
It is very smooth. I enjoy it very much!
John,
This will be ordered again, very smooth, no bite.
Ryan,
great drink, smooth, sweet.
James,
Ironic this would show up on Flaviar. I happened to be sitting in a Pub in Derry 2 weeks ago, I saw the bottle on the shelf and inquired. Bartender told me it was a new, Local to Derry, distillery. Well sign me up!! Pour me a double and do not let the American accent fool you, water please, no ice. It was very smooth and very enjoyable. I had been drinking Powers and Bushmills the entire week I was there, except when I found Quiet Man. I set out to buy a bottle in Dublin at an off license before flying out, they did not have any. I was delighted to find it here upon my return home.
So how was it? Well, maybe it was the setting I was in, I thought it was on level with Powers John Lane Reserve, not quite as smooth as a Bushmills 11+ y/o but a good sipping Whiskey nonetheless.
Just ordered 2 bottles, one a gift for a good friend.
Jim,
Oakie initial taste and fruity on the back end. I would definitely purchase this again!
Peg,
Smooth, but with a character of its own.
Mark,
A splash of water made all the difference! I am adding this ot my favorites list!
Ryan,
I enjoyed this whiskey. Even bough it as a gift for my father. Little burn, and the initial taste is mild, but builds on you.
Bill,
I'm a big fan of Irish whiskeys, but this one just didn't do it for me at all. I actually poured out the rest of the glass after 2 or 3 sips. It had a "greasy" finish to it, and frankly, I thought that the flavor profile was unimpressive.
John,
Brighter than the flavor profile would suggest - but a great Irish Whiskey.
