PROHIBITION DISTILLERY

Distillery
Founded in 2009
Prohibition Distillery, home of Bootlegger 21 Gin, is located two hours north of NYC in Roscoe, NY. The distillery is situated in the town’s old fire house, and the logo on every bottle of Spirits produced is a nod to the Florian Cross; the symbol of the patron saint of firefighters.

The distillery houses a 1,200 gallon (yes, gallon) pot still called ‘Pearl’, as well as a 300-gallon finishing still, as well as a bottling room where all the Spirits are hand-filled, corked and labeled. Prohibition Distillery produces Vodka, Gin, and Bourbon, and has a tasting room on site, as well as a bar for the summer months.

What does Prohibition Distillery taste like?

The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Prohibition Distillery Gin. It's based on all Prohibition Distillery drinks in our large database and gives you a chance to taste Prohibition Distillery before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
