Each release is named after a thoroughbred racehorse coming up in the\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e Bourbon Lane Stables\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e — the horse’s stats are even printed on the labels. So each issuance is a bit different, just like each racehorse is different. It’s a great story and they sell out every year. In 2016 they refurbished the\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e Old Taylor Distillery\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e (mothballed in 1972) and are now bottling their first completely in-house Spirits.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eIn the fall of 2022, Bourbondini was born.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e A vintage release of High Proof Bourbon, this beauty was crafted from a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley. Clocking in at\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e 116 proof, \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003ethis special release first greets your nose with fresh fig, apple cider, marzipan, and clove. The palate?\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e Incredibly rich\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e with notes of dried papaya, coffee, cinnamon, and burnt caramel.
