It’s aged for 12 years in\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e Sherry casks\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e in a subtropical climate, which makes it full of aromas of molasses, corn, and sweet fruity notes that open up to more fruity flavors and a hint of sweetness on the palate. Some say it reminds them of what a Cognac and Rum marriage would taste like.
