Sherry, Cognac, Rum, whaaat?

Plantatation Rum offers a diverse range of Rums from the Caribbean. Depending on the plantation and the country of origin, the Rums can vary between soft and aromatic to light and elegant. The distilled Rums are usually aged first in ex-Bourbon casks and then finished at the Cognac Ferrand (their owners) estate in barrels where Cognac or Sherry was matured before.

Plantation Rum Trinidad 1999 Sherry/Cognac is a single-cask Rum that is aged first in Sherry casks and then finished in Cognac barrels. Limited edition, only 450 were bottled.
