— I’m not typically a fan of rye, but this is really good. I can definitely taste the Rey/spice along with a sweet raisin flavor. I had half a glass neat and was able to get these flavors, but the high proof blocked some of the flavor for me. I added a few drops of distilled water to open it up and found it to be one of my new favorites. I’ll definitely be keeping my eye on this brand to try each of their future releases.
