Pickering's

Pickering’s Gin was launched in Edinburgh in 2013 by friends Marcus Pickering and Matthew Gammell. Based on an old Gin recipe from July 1947, it was kept a family secret for over 66 years.

The old recipe has been fine-tuned for modern tastes, and today contains 9 botanicals which are macerated for 24 hours in pure grain Spirit, before being slowly and gently heated in a bain-marie style still.

The result is an extremely smooth Gin with a wealth of flavor; from fresh, bold lemon and lime peels, juniper and fennel, to spicy and warming star anise and cloves.
