― I'm behind on my advent calendar, it was worth the wait. The best so far.
― Simply amazing. Starts off with maple syrup, and tropical fruit. Smooth as a baby’s bottom, but packs a punch. Warm and mellow, we’ll be sipping this as soon as we can get some!!
― This is a very good bourbon. It packs a punch, but not as hard as the barrel strength abv might suggest. It has a sweetness that carries a citrus character rather than a traditional bourbon. The black cherry flavor would go nicely in a Manhattan, but this is a drink that begs to go neat.

Black cherries are on the palate along with a touch of smoke and savory grain notes. There's more orange peel and fruit, some caramel sweetness, and plenty of oak as well.
Finish
It's a pleasantly sweet finish with a wonderful balance and hints of smoke and granola.
