Top reviews for Pearse 5 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey:

― I get lots of apple on the nose. Opens fruity and sweet with alcohol burn and stays sweet throughout. Finishes out biscuity with oak undertones and lingering pepper. This is good as a sipper but I swapped it in for scotch in a cocktail and it was amazing. Punches well above its price.

― I get floral notes with a bit of honey on the nose. It opens up with oak up front with some sweet apple and a bit of vanilla. Closes out peppery with more oak and a juicy sweetness. This is a solid sipper.
