You’ll have to forgive most Bourbons. Compared to Scotch, they’re a bunch of young ‘n rowdy whippersnappers. But there’s always an exception to the rule. And when it comes to this 27-year-old Bourbon from Parker’s Heritage, well… it’s quite an exception. It’s one of the most highly awarded true American Bourbons out there—and with good reason.
Aged in a special warehouse with temperatures that are quite low by Kentucky standards, this stunner takes its time again. This is a Broubon for the die-hards out there. But we wouldn’t expect anything less from sixth generation Master Distiller Emeritus Parker Beam—after all, he’s been perfecting his craft for over five decades.
Allegedly, this is the oldest Bourbon out there—the holy grail of Bourbon.
