Park Fins Bois Single Cru Organic Cognac
(0.7l, 40%)
No additives, just the fine stuff from Mother nature.
Gaston Tessendier, a math teacher, became a proud vineyard owner in Cognac back in 1880. He didn’t entrust his vines to any tender, but to himself, and as such, with time, he left his profession as a teacher and dedicated himself fully to the cultivation of vines and the production of Cognac. And that’s how the Tessendier Distillery was born.
Gaston provided his Cognac to different Cognac houses in the region, fast becoming recognized for the quality of his products. The Tessendier family sold their stock to different Cognac houses up until 2005, when two Tessendier brothers decided to produce and bottle their Cognac under their own brand.
The Ugni Blanc Grape grown in the Fins Bois cru grows on soil rich with clay and chalk, giving it a round bouquet full of fresh pressed grapes. The Cognac also tends to age faster in Fins Bois.
Park Fins Bois Single Cru Organic Cognac is a no age statement Eau de Vie matured in French oak barrels. Free of pesticides and artificial additions of any kind, this young and vivid Cognac is as organic as Mother nature herself.

What does Park Fins Bois Single Cru Organic Cognac taste like?
The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Park Fins Bois Single Cru Organic Cognac and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.
We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

Rancio is a highly desirable nutty flavour normally found only in extra-aged fortified wines (Port, Sherry, Madeira, Marsala …) and fruit-based spirits: Cognacs, Calvados, and Armagnac. It appears in Cognac after roughly 10 years of ageing in oak casks, becoming more intense over the years.
