My first cognac. Not too bad! Much less bold than most whiskey, and a bit watery and dry. Good complex and sweet. Most similar to a delicate japanese whiskey.
Can't really say I know much about cognac (yet) but this was a lovely, smooth drink. Would try again, maybe with a cigar by the looks of the other reviews!
It is a very good, intense, Cognac that has an aromatic birth; while a rich & full life leads to a long & balanced death.
Light and beautiful, extremely smooth and a solid pair with a light to medium bodied cigar. My personal suggestion would be a Sumatran
This really must be paired with a cigar. Extraordinary combo!
Really lovely start but then... it seems to vanish. It doesn’t hold the taste you would hope to accompany a good cigar. Very nice but by no means worth the entrance fee.
Extremely smooth. Very very sweet. Tasted like a really strong sherry. I got a lot of vanilla, banana, tropical fruit and red wine.
orange notes, small honey, flavorful. Smooth, with a spice hitting later, but nothing harsh. This cognac could make me a cognac taster. Delicious with a pipe.
Earthy, orange peel nose. Clean, almost soapy notes with light chocolate finish. A simpler cognac without the rich complexity of others in the class.
Not bad at all
Inspection: Dark in color, thin to the side walls.
Aroma: Very strong Spice smells, with Fruit. Not much Honey
Taste: Very Smooth while in the mouth, the Spice come a bit later, very Dry
Exhale: Definitely get that Spice on the breath, not too strong tho, but stronger than the taste.
After Taste: The sweetness comes through, a bit of honey as well.
Overall: Its decent, If I was. Cigar smoker Id definitely enjoy this with one.
Can make me a Cognac drinker

The best cognac I've had so far. Sweet and smooth.
Enjoyed nicely with a med-heavy cigar
Nice smooth flavor

Top of the line Cognac. Beautiful amber color. Nose is full of sticky sweet accents of honey and syrup. Mellow sweetness on the tongue gives way to a a gentile spicy finish. This would be great with a Djarum! When this becomes available I will be sure to grab a bottle.
Very smooth. Enjoyed the cocoa. I'm in love with the cocoa.
This cognac had a good smell and taste, but wasn't something I just had to have. It was smooth enough, but could have been smoother.
I agree with an earlier post by David. I'm generally not a cognac kind of drinker, but I found this to be an excellent accompaniment to a good cigar. I was clean and smooth. Very refreshing with a cigar.
Generally not a cognac fan but this was actually great. Received with For the Love of Cigars taster, very smooth, sweet and an excellent long finish.
Great flavor, great aroma..
Really smooth and sweet; great after dinner
A good flavor with a crisp finish
Paired beautifully with a cigar
Nice taste, smooth, but vanishes quickly.
Very mild at first but then hits you with the a great blend of vanilla, sweet, and nuts. Finish is clean with a nice linger. A little bit more burn that it might need but very nice otherwise
Very rich and I could taste lots of grape. I'm not usually a Cognac fan, but this paired with a cigar pretty well.
Smells of vanilla and chocolate and honey. First taste of spicy, then sweet. Finishes with cigar aftertaste. Very nice
A fine blend
Great nose, lightly sweet, dry finish. I prefer Remy 1738.
Very smooth. Goes well with a cigar. The honey and caramel taste is light and makes this an excellent product to deink..
Good, smooth taste for a brandy.
Thin, cranberry forward. Small amount of sweetness and honey. Hints of chocolate.
sweet tasting, nice, smooth and great aroma, perfect for dessert
Very smooth. Slight bite on the tongue but the honey and caramel flavors makes it pleasure to drink
Very nice. Quite fruity, with a nose of "fruit snacks", but a taste of honey. Enjoyable!
Nice! Smooth, hints of honey, vanilla. Was great with a cigar, balanced it well.
My favorite cognac.
Great rich color, colorful carmel motif, exuberant smells of carmel, vanilla and molasses, hints of syrup, taste doesn't match sweet smell, violates tongue with bittersweet after tones, extreme smooth finish.
While not as sweet as the Diplomatica, this had a rich sweet flavor. Good spice! Also went well with my Rocky Patel Decade!
