Paddy is a game changing Whiskey from Ireland. Made with a pot still, from single malt and grain Whiskeys, this blend gets its name from Paddy Flaherty, a salesman who travelled the pubs of Cork, buying drinks for his customers.
In 1912, Cork Distillers renamed the Whiskey "Paddy Irish Whiskey" in his honour. The high malt content made this Whiskey different from all other Irish blends. It's soft, creamy and delicious.
