― Very rye forward. Since I prefer rye or wheated bourbon, this one is quite enjoyable for me. Having read other reviews, I understand how this may not be the right bottle for some people. However, if you can expand your pallet to include the unique rye and malt flavors, you may come to enjoy it as much as I do. If not, you can always use it in mixed drinks like a Sazerac, Manhattan or Old Fashioned. (Or send it to me :) )
― Questionable for complexity of flavors at first taste, but finishes unbelievably smooth. Great slightly chilled with one or two ice cubes.
