— also love.

— I have really enjoyed about half this bottle and still can’t quite put my finger on all the flavors. Definitely pleasantly smokey but with a malty grain background and sweeter notes of perhaps chocolate and vanilla. A really nice change of pace whiskey to add to a collection that bridges Scotch and American whisk(e)ys

— It really grew on me. I do taste the chocolate right at the end. A little scotchy, smoky, but very enjoyable

Monica
Monica,
Great bourbon taste with only a hint of peat. I am not a fan of the peaty taste, but my husband loves peat. We both loved this!

Taylor,
It’s a good experiment, but it seems like some age and a higher proof would suit it very, very well. I’m excited to see where this distillery goes!
