Old Tub

There is only one place in the world where you can buy Old Tub Straight Bourbon Whiskey that we know of, and right now that place is the Jim Beam American Stillhouse — their expansive visitor center in Claremont, Kentucky.

The name Old Tub is a tip of the hat to the first Jim Beam still, which was nicknamed “Old Tub.” Old Tub is a bottled-in-bond, sour mash, 50% ABV bottle of tastiness. But it is only available in half-sized, 375ml bottles.

The flavor is a lot like main line Jim Beam, but concentrated and sharpened by high ABV, with a strong corn flavor. The flavor is enriched with vanilla, oak, and warm syrup.
