Entrepreneur and Whiskey lover Curt Richardson felt there was enough room for a new premium Bourbon, so he teamed up with the legendary Master Distiller Greg Metze, who has almost four decades of experience under his belt. They came up with Old Elk Bourbon Whiskey, which goes through a slow and careful proofing process, where its character is polished and enhanced. It’s a robust and rich expression with light and sweet palate.

But this isn’t about the Bourbon – it’s about the glorious drink that’s built on its strong foundation. The high-malt 2-year-old is joined by a graceful and smooth caramel-colored cream. It’s a sumptuous and delicate dessert, a harmony of two worlds. ‘Nooku’ is a Native American name for the white snowshoe rabbit, a cute hare that’s both strong and soft, a juxtaposition that’s a perfect symbol for the dualistic concord in Nooku Bourbon Cream. It’s a drink for cozy evenings when strong stuff would be too much, a premium cream liqueur that stands out.
